Fleming warns residents to remain vigilant

NORTH ATTLEBORO - The race is on to get shots into the arms of town residents before COVID hits.

The number of reported positive cases and the people who have received one of the three available vaccines continues to rise.

North Attleboro’s public schools led the state in the number of cases reported a week ago, whilethe list of people eligible to receive a vaccination expands.

Director and Public Health Nurse Anne Marie Fleming told North TV on Wednesday that the rise in the number of cases is a sign that people need to remain vigilant.
