NORTH ATTLEBORO - The cost of snow removal after multiple major snowstorms this winter not only required a significant dip into the town's free cash.
It also resulted in an unfortunate spring side effect - the emergence of potholes in the town's roads.
Town Manager Michael Borg discussed the impact on roads when he sat down with North TV's Peter Gay during the April recording of the “Town Manager’s Report.”
