PLAINVILLE - The debate between the two candidates seeking one three-year seat ended up being an interview with candidate Robert Belcher after incumbent Christopher Desprez was unable to attend at the last minute.
Belcher answered four questions before giving a closing statement.

Thursday's planning board, school committee and select board debates along with one-on-one interviews with candidates in those races can be seen starting this Monday night, March 30 on North TV's Plainville Channel: Comcast channel 8.
Only one of the two candidates seeking one three-year seat on the board of library trustees was able to come to the North TV studio. The interview with Paul LaMontagne-Mealy will also be available on that channel starting Monday night. Lily Quagliozzi was unable to take part due to a busy schedule.
