PLAINVILLE - Fire Chief Robert Skinner and Police Chief James Floyd appeared before the select board Monday night to recognize two citizens, police officers and firefighters for their actions in assisting an employee in cardiac inside the Target store at 91 Taunton Street.
The actions of those honored Monday night literally saved the life of the female employee.
