NORTH ATTLEBORO - Plans to upgrade the Veterans Park in front of town hall were presented to members of the veterans’ advisory board during their meeting in the Cathcart Conference Room on Monday night.
Assistant Town Manager Tony Morabito detailed the plans that are part of the town’s capital improvement plans.
