NORTH ATTLEBORO - Michael Borg was on the North TV news set Wednesday for the recording of the August edition of his monthly Town Manager’s Report.
He discussed what happens during the summer months in town hall, especially July and most of this month, when the town council recesses until the fourth Monday in August.
