PLAINVILLE - Tuesday night’s conservation commission meeting ended with a surprise for resident assembled at town hall and others viewing the meeting at home.
Member Dawn Denizkurt announced Kevin Baldwin was stepping down as the town’s conservation agent.
His replacement is someone the board knows very well.
