PLAINVILLE - Residents unanimously approved loan authorization for the town’s new water treatment plant during a special town meeting Wednesday night at the Beatrice Wood School.
The meeting and the only article on the warrant was necessary because the state’s financing program wouldn’t count future reimbursements the town was going to receive toward construction costs.
