PLAINVILLE - Contracts were awarded for the construction of the town's new water treatment plant and owners project manager during Mondays’ meeting of the select board.
Town Administrator Brian Noble explained the bidding process, the number of bids and the amount proposed by the low bidder.
After making his presentation, Noble answered questions from members of board and residents.
Both motions for the notice of intent to award contracts were unanimously approved.
