PLAINVILLE - There will be a new face on the planning board after Robert Belcher defeated incumbent Chris Desprez in Monday’s annual town election
Belcher finished with 452 votes, 136 more than Deprez’s 316.
The two men were interviewed by North TV after the results were announced.
