NORTH ATTLEBORO - The process of creating and approving the town's annual budget is detailed in the town charter adopted by residents when the change was made from a select board and representative town meeting form of government to a town manager and council.
Michael Borg discussed the charter requirements during a recent recording of his monthly Town Manager’s Report.
