NORTH ATTLEBORO - Drainage issues on property owned by a Cumberland Avenue resident were addressed by members of the board of public works Wednesday night.
The owner of the property was present to explain the issues his family has been dealing with and asked for the board's assistance in coming up with a solution for the constant flooding.
