PLAINVILLE - Paula Jean LaMontagne-Mealy defeated Lily Quagliozzi in the only other contested race.
LaMontagme-Mealy kept her seat on Plainville’s board of library trustees with 456 votes.
Quagliozzi, a college student running for public office for the first time, finished with 276 votes.
