NAHS Alumni Assn. honors seven

NORTH ATTLEBORO - The NAHS Alumni Association hosted its annual awards reception last Saturday night, February 28.

Former New England Patriot and Super Bowl champion Chris Sullivan received the community service award.

Kara Corcoran was awarded the Young Alumni Award, recognizing her extraordinary accomplishments in both military service and social justice advocacy at a national level.

The daughters of the late Lenore Paquin, founder of Lenore’s Pantry, were given this year’s Community Impact Award.

Three long-time faculty members, Marilou Pasquini, Heather Johnson, and the late Lois Grimaldi, were awarded the Excellence in Education Award. The award is given annually to recognize current or past staff members at all North Attleboro schools for their exceptional commitment to excellence in the classroom and dedication to the students, staff, and the schools.

Dr. Dan Delvecchio was given the Joseph Martin Distinguished Alumni Award, the highest award bestowed by the association, which recognizes graduates who have reached the pinnacle of their careers at a national level.
