PLAINVILLE - A proposal to construct a hotel at 128 Washington Street, Route 1, has opposition from neighbors concerned about noise during the building of the structure.
Public hearings were held during the July 20 planning board and the July 22 zoning board of appeals meetings.
The neighbors’ concerns were expressed at both meetings.
