PLAINVILLE - Less than two weeks after continuing a measure to approve a permit by the Plainville Lions Club to host a circus in July at the town’s Field of Dreams because of the lack of a site plan, the select board approved the necessary permits Monday night by a vote of 2-0. Select board member Brian Kelly missed the meeting.
As part of the presentation, the volunteers had help from the park director and other town officials.
