NORTH ATTLEBORO - Marie Clarner, a longtime member of the planning board and recently its chair, addressed the town council moments during the segment of the meeting set aside for resident and community comment.
Clarner also served on other appointed and elected boards and as a member of representative town meeting.
She was recently notified she would not be reappointed to the planning board.
