North Attleboro isn’t the only North TV town dealing with flooding, it was also discussed in detail at Wednesday night’s meeting of the Plainville planning board.

Numerous residents of Berry Street, off of Route 1A, complained about flooding in their yards and basements because of rainwater flowing down a hill from a land where a solar farm is being built.

The solar farm, at 5 Berry Street, next to the Hockomock Area YMCA’s Park Terrace Swim Club, is located on approximately 30 acres.

Residents say the flooding started during the summer after numerous trees were cut down to make way for the solar panels.

North TV will have a full report on the Plainville flooding, including the comments from residents to the board, as part of next week's "North TV News."
