Hearing continues on Draper Ave 40B housing

NORTH ATTLEBORO - The continuance of a public hearing on the proposed 40B development proposed for the south side of Draper Avenue behind the CarMax used car dealership and to the Route 1 side of the medical building owned by Sturdy Health was held during Tuesday night’s meeting of the zoning board of appeals.

A traffic study commissioned by the town, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and the company Vanasse and Associates earlier this year found the 40 rental units would not impact traffic significantly.

Attorney John Jacobi spoke on behalf of the project’s developers, the Lobisser Companies.
