NORTH ATTLEBORO - The RV center in the south parking lot at Emerald Square Mall was on the agenda when members of the planning board met Thursday night at the department of public works.
The recreational vehicles were recently moved out of the parking lot to make room for a circus and were moved back into the lot last week.
