PLAINVILLE - One of the first steps in a project that will transform the area around the downtown's major intersection was confirmed during Monday night’s meeting of the select board.
Members confirmed the number of sewer connections on the property where “Diary of A Wimpy Kid” author Jeff Kinney wants to construct new buildings.
