NORTH ATTLEBORO - The biggest issue for most residents when a tornado touched down twice last Friday, especially for those living near the banks of the Ten Mile River, was water.
It was one of the topics discussed when Michael Borg visited the North TV studio for a recording of his monthly “The Town Manager’s Report."
